“So God created man is His image, in the image of God He created them; male and female He created them.”
One of the most fundamental passages in Scripture answers the question that still lingers in our culture: who are we and why are we here? What is the purpose of my life and my personal vocation? If we do not understand our identity, then our jobs will forever simply exist to provide a paycheck. Who are we? The Bible says that we are image bearers of God. We are created to reflect God and all of his goodness and beauty. With this understanding we can be encouraged to know that we live for a greater purpose and that is to glorify God.
How does this change your view on your personal vocation?
How will this affect how you carry out your gifts?
How will this affect how you show up to work or at home?
How does this change the way you see and interact with other people?
